I normally don’t give 5 stars as there is always room for improvement. However Eli and DC came were very pleasant found and dug up my lost tank. After finding the tank were quick and cleaned up very nicely. Showed things that might be issues in the future without being pushy, and left photos for records (being able to find the tank again). Highly recommend

Excellent work and customer service. We had an outside water faucet go bad. We tried to fix it ourselves and made it worse. Mac plumbing – Mr. Cole came out and was excellent and so efficient. Got the whole thing replaced and hooked up running again in less than an hour. We go to Mac Plumbing because they are honest, efficient and have excellent customer service and warranty.

We are singing the praises of your techs Thomas and Wilson. This morning we called the office to have someone come out and give us an estimate to have our sewer line unclogged. Thomas and Wilson arrived at our house this afternoon, immediately diagnosed the problem, and gave us a quote. We accepted and they set to work right away. Their speed, efficiency, professionalism and cheerful attitude deserve more than 5 stars.
Today February 20, 2024, Drew and Dru arrived on time, assessed the problem of another leak in our copper pipping, repaired quickly and satisfactorily. As always they were professional , friendly and courteous. They gave us an estimate for re-piping the entire pipeline since this is the third pinhole leak repair we have dealt with in the recent years. These young men, as well as all the rest of the crew at Mac Plumbing feel like our next door neighbors. I highly recommend Mac and his men to anyone needing plumbing work done. Thanks to all.
