With our inspections and checklist we can be sure to let you know of any issues before they arise. This way there are no surprises with your home’s system. The Duck Club is well worth the investment. It allows homeowners to have less stress, less worry, less time taken off work for major repairs, and allows Mac Plumbing, Heating & Air to get to know you and your home so that you have everything you need an want in your systems.

The Duck Club is a one year service plan agreement that begins the day you join. In the event of year is not fulfilled, the balance for the remaining months will be due upon termination.

Plumbing Plan – $9.99/month

  • Members enjoy a quality price with 10% discount to the cost of regular service repairs (5% off the day of joining).
  • 5% discounts to larger system replacements.
  • Reduced trip fees for regular and after-hours calls.
  • Extended warranties – members receive additional one year warranties for all service repairs and new installs.
  • Free yearly maintenance and safety inspection including the training of tank-type water heaters and a 98 point safety inspection – a $195 value.

Heating & Air Plan – $9.99/month*

  • Members enjoy a quality price with 10% discount to the cost of regular service repairs (5% off the day of joining).

  • Extended warranties – members receive additional one year warranties for all service repairs and new installs.
  • 2 year free yearly maintenance and inspections. One in the spring/summer and the other in the fall/winter. They include cleaning and testing unit(s) and diagnostics for preventative maintenance.
