Jeff, the technician, has got to be the nicest and friendliest plumber in the state. Our cat even loved him and he is very picky who he befriends. We had an emergency as our water line sprung a leak. He actually arrived sooner than when they said he would. Bruce, the owner, showed up too and together they replaced the pipe and had us back up and running in no time. Dennis was a trooper! He found his way into the narrowest crawl space under our very old house to locate a leak. (You couldn’t pay me enough to do that!) Now we’re know exactly what we’re dealing with and can take the next steps (which involve additional tradesmen) to resolve the problem.
Update: We were able to get the project completed the same day, on a Friday no less! Jeff and his assistant returned to finish the job and had us back with running water before the evening was done. Very grateful for the support from the main office as well to make this happen on an otherwise busy day

I had a leak that needed immediate attention because I tried to repair it myself. When I called, MAC scheduled me for the next day but later called back for same day servicing. Adam was amazing and recommended a fix that has improved my shower. Both he and Denise were very polite and professional. They worked as a great team. We are singing the praises of your techs Thomas and Wilson. This morning we called the office to have someone come out and give us an estimate to have our sewer line unclogged.
