Contest Rules

• No purchase necessary to submit an entry or win.
• Making a purchase does not improve the chances of winning.
• The method of entry is to complete the online form above.
• Contest submissions will begin August 10, 2021 8am – August 22, 2021 11:59pm CST.
• Applicants must be 18+ age to enter and live in Montgomery County, TN.
• Only 1 entry per person. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. 
• Employees of Mac Plumbing as well as their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.
• Winner will have submitted the exact or closest number of ducks without going over the correct amount.
• In the event of multiple winning entries, the entrant with the first entry will be selected as the winner.
• Winner will be contacted by phone or email no later than Tuesday, August 24, 2021 noon CST.
• The prize must be picked up at Mac Plumbing location: 2968B E. Old Ashland City Rd. Clarksville, TN 37043
• If a selected winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and the decisions of Mac Plumbing, which shall be final in all matters relating to this contest.
